Valentine's Day Pavlova

Any occasion is a good one to share a pavlova. So for Valentine's Day, La Meringaie offers you its collection featuring rose.

Valentine, one of our signature recipes, is back.

Rose whipped cream, lychee, and raspberry. This very delicate combination, invented by Pierre Hermé, has become a classic of French pastry. And the pavlova is particularly suited to this delicacy: the rose-flavored whipped cream enhances the fragrance of fresh lychees. It is also one of the few desserts that uses fresh lychees. It's one of our featured pavlovas for February, so its name came naturally.

A story of flowers, hearts, and pavlova

Olivier contacted us in December: we were neighbors, and he really liked our products. His flowers are seasonal, French whenever possible, and so beautiful... we had a lot in common. And just like that, a friendly partnership began.
