One of my favorite pavlovas: the Timur berry, an aromatic berry from Nepal, adds a touch of citrusy tang to the cream, combined with 4 citrus fruits bursting with freshness. And as you’ve probably guessed, I adore citrus tanginess in desserts... Oh yes, and it’s called Honorine, a charming name with a slightly old-fashioned touch. And to wrap it up, as any true citrus lover would, I highly recommend trying our orangettes.
