Holiday 2024 at La Meringaie

At La Meringaie, as with all pastry chefs, holidays are the key moment of the year. We have been working on it for months, imagining recipes for pavlovas, Christmas cakes, and macarons that bring you indulgence, lightness, pleasure, and conviviality at the end of the year.

La Meringaie's pavlova for Christmas 2024 is inspired by the traditional 13 Provençal desserts: whipped cream with nougat, fresh clementine, candied clementine, and clementine compote.

In our holiday menu, you can look forward to all your options, order them online to sample, and choose your family’s Christmas dessert.

On December 24th, 25th, and 31st, you can pick up your pavlovas or yule logs in-store (with less waiting in line, of course).

The exquisite treats of Christmas Eve in Provence bring together nougat, dried fruits, honey, and citrus. Each village and region offers its own version on the Christmas table.
