Our first flavored meringuette: the pistachio gives it a unique flavor, and I love its white and green look. In the first year, we couldn’t keep up with demand and were constantly out of stock. We are more prepared now. For pistachio fans, we offer pistachio pavlovas, a king cake, and even a babka throughout the year.
