At La Meringaie, our recipes vary with the seasons: every week we offer 6 different whipped creams and 6 to 10 different fresh fruits according to the season. You’ll find strawberries and raspberries starting in May, peaches, apricots, and cherries in June, melons, blackberries, blueberries, and red currants in July, figs, plums, and pears in September, followed by apples, exotic fruits, and citrus fruits throughout autumn and winter.

We also cater to your desires and can create a custom pavlova for your wedding, "marrying" the fruits of your choice with your favorite whipped cream flavor. The pavlova also adapts in size: from mini bites to giant pavlovas, according to your preference.
