At La Meringaie, our recipes vary with the seasons: every week we offer 6 different whipped creams and 6 to 10 different fresh fruits according to the season. You’ll find strawberries and raspberries starting in May, peaches, apricots, and cherries in June, melons, blackberries, blueberries, and red currants in July, figs, plums, and pears in September, followed by apples, exotic fruits, and citrus fruits throughout autumn and winter.

You can choose your pavlova recipes from the weekly selection.

We also cater to your desires and can create a custom pavlova for your wedding, "marrying" the fruits of your choice with your favorite whipped cream flavor. The pavlova also adapts in size: from mini bites to giant pavlovas, according to your preference.

Meringue Wedding or Christening Tower

The meringue tower is a table decoration that you can eat: the meringues from La Meringaie can both adorn your table and end up on your plate, served with whipped cream and fresh fruits. You can create your own ritual for sharing these soft meringues in a convivial atmosphere. Additionally, you can decorate and personalize your meringue pyramid

Macaron pyramids

The pavlovas of La Meringaie have inspired delightful miniatures: our star recipes are now available as macarons. Introducing the Pélagie macaron, with lime, raspberry, and passion fruit, and the Félicité macaron, with chocolate and raspberry. In total, we offer six delicious and tender macarons.

And of course, to enjoy them during your parties and celebrations, La Meringaie offers macaron pyramids, ranging from 50 to 200 macarons.

Pavlova Towers and Wedding Cake Stands

Two supports for wedding or christening towers are available. One is pyramid-shaped, perfect for presenting individual pavlovas, and the other is flower-shaped, ideal for showcasing pavlovas meant for sharing.
