The key to the scrumptiosness of this product lies in the combination of fine dark chocolate and roasted and caramelized hazelnuts, almonds, and pistachios. I have a personal preference for the milk mendiant: a good milk chocolate prodives character and sweetness with a minimum of 35 to 40% cocoa.
You should of course try all of our chocolates, but first, try the griottines and orangettes. They are our best sellers along with the mendiants.
