Since the opening of La Meringaie, I wanted meringuettes dipped in chocolate. It took a meeting with our chocolatier friend and the idea to pass them through his coating machine for us to finally taste them. In short, they are delicious, with the bitterness of the dark chocolate giving character to the sweetness of the meringue... and of course, if you love chocolate, you must try our chocolate babka.
